SHIPPING FAQS

When ordering online, you will be given the option of selecting a method of shipment during checkout.If you have established relationship with a freight provider, you can choose to ship COLLECT and provide us with your freight account number. Otherwise, select PREPAID to include freight charges with your order.

  • Parcel:Pipe Valves ships via UPS, and FedEx upon request; Choose ground or expedited shipping options at checkout.

  • Freight / LTL:For bulk, heavy or oversized orders, we offer LTL services. We work closely with several carriers, but will work with one of your choosing if you have an established relationship.

Yes, they are easily added from any product detail page. Just click on the ADD/REMOVE CPN button (Customer Part Number).

No, you may use the Quick Order feature, which is in the bar at the top of every screen. The first option, Speed Entry, allows you to type in a handful of items with just a part number and quantity, then add all the items to your cart. The second option, Copy/Paste, allows you to copy and paste a group of items from a file and then add to cart. The third option, File Upload, allows you to download a Microsoft Excel template and upload up to 100 line items at a time to your shopping cart. All three options allow you to enter either the Manufacturer's Part Number, Pipe Valves Part Number, UPC number, or your own part number (if it has been previously set-up).

ORDERING FAQS

We do not have a minimum order quantity.

As long as you have created an account, go to the “My Account” button at the top right of the screen. Orders pending shipment will be found under the “Open Orders” option. Shipped orders, including tracking information, will be found under “Order History”.

Live inventory numbers are displayed on all product pages of our website. We want to avoid backorders; however, they occasionally do occur. If an item is out of stock, it will be clearly indicated on the website. We will not substitute any items without your permission. If you cannot wait for an item, you will have the opportunity to cancel your order for stock items up until the time the item has been shipped. Policy may vary on non-stock items due to manufacturer policy. In the rare instance where an item is expected to be in stock but is not, we will promptly contact you to make other arrangements.

a) If you find it necessary to change or cancel your order placed through our website, please contact us immediately by phone. We will make every effort to modify or cancel your order before it leaves our warehouse. If your order has already shipped, we will provide you with a return authorization form (RMA) for you to send the unwanted items back to us, however, they still may be subject to a restocking fee. We will credit your account or provide you a refund once we receive the items back from you within 7 days. The return policy does vary widely on NON-stock items due to the manufacturer’s return policy, with a few having return fees of up to 100%.

A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be obtained from your Pipe Valves Inside Sales Representative or e-commerce Sales Team prior to the return of any product. Product returned without a RMA will not be accepted. Material is to be returned in original packaging. The RMA number must be referenced on the shipping label or packaging, and returns must be shipped as specified on the RMA. Credit will not be issued until the return has been received and inspected.

Stock item returns for buyer’s convenience are limited to materials shipped within thirty (30) days prior to the return request date and are typically subject to a minimum twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee. Any materials returned for buyer's convenience must be returned as originally shipped. Damaged materials may not be returned. All transportation and other applicable charges for returns for reason of buyer's convenience shall be responsibility of the buyer.

Non-stock items being returned are subject to the policies of the manufacturer, which may include higher restocking fees, sometimes up to 100%. Credit will be issued once the vendor receives and inspects that returned materials and issues a credit to Pipe Valves.

PAYMENT FAQS

ACH Payments: There is no fee associated with paying via ACH. ACH instructions may be obtained from our accounting department by emailing:Accounting@PipeValves.com

Credit Terms: Pipe Valves offers Net Terms to qualified customers. Customers may apply for Terms at time of registration or later. To apply for terms now, please fill out our Credit Application by clicking HERE . To use Terms to purchase online, select 'Purchase Order' as the 'Order Type' on the 'Order Details' step of checkout.

Credit Card Payments: Pipe Valves accepts Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. By default, all new users registering on www.PipeValves.com who do not already have an assigned account number are setup with credit card terms. There is no additional fee for paying with a credit card at time of order placement.

If you have not created an account yet, please go to “Register” at the top of the screen, then fill out the information for a “New Customer”. At the bottom of that screen, click the button that says "I would like to open a credit account with Pipe Valves." An application will be presented.

If you have created an account, please go to the “My Account” button at the top of the screen. There is an option to “Apply For Credit Account” in that menu.

Once you are logged into the site, you have the option to view and download invoices. From the "My Account" drop down, select the “Invoices” line. From this screen you can view all current invoices under the "Open Balances" section or search by Invoice or Purchase Order Number from the upper right corner of that section.
